The Spirit of the Riviera: A Salad Niçoise Story

​IBorn in the Levantine hills, Fattoush is the "peasant salad" of Lebanon. Its name comes from fatteh, meaning "crumbs" or "fragments"—a nod to the ingenious way Lebanese families used leftover flatbread.
